Tom Pullin
Tom Pullin served in the U.S. Army for almost twenty-five years and has brought his service to his art. He says, reminiscent of his training in the military, “It would be impossible to work with metal and not have help,” teamwork is crucial. Elemental and visceral, the practice of metal forging empowered him to make peace with a haunting, emotional event. The act of making itself is healing. Pullin received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Corcoran School of the Arts and Design, Washington DC.
