Meet artist and Cheyenne Peace Chief Harvey Phillip Pratt, who designed the National Native American Veterans Memorial at the National Museum of the American Indian in Washington D.C. His design incorporates fire, water, wind, drums, the cardinal points, and the circle shape to create an interactive and intimate gathering space.
